Our company policy requires no deposit and no long-term contract. You pay your first month's rent upon signing your rental agreement and after one month of tenancy, you remain as our tenant on a month to month basis, giving you the flexibility to keep your unit as long as you wish, that being short or long-term. Our high fenced facility also provides bright lighting for our customers wanting to store or retrieve items after hours. Our business is based on "YOU" the customer. We have been in business since 1997, and have just completed another phase of buildings growing our facility to near 500 rentable units.
