We at FM 707 Self-Storage want to make your storage experience as simple as possible, starting with the rental process, continuing through your storage and ending with your moveout. We offer a very wide variety of unit sizes to fit most any type of storage needs. Whether you need a small 5x10 unit or one of our large 30x30 units equipped with bright indoor lights and electrical receptacles, we will work with you on selecting the unit that best fits your current storage situation. The larger percentage of our units have one large roll-up door, and we also offer some of our 20x30 and 30x30 units with the roll-up door and an additional walkthrough door. No matter what your storage needs may be, our staff is waiting to assist you in making your storage experience a good one.

Company History


FM 707 Self-Storage was born in 1997 with an owner who had a vision of starting small and giving the self-storage industry a whirl. Not knowing what the future might hold, ground was cleared, cement poured, and 4 buildings erected, consisting mostly of smaller size units. These original 4 buildings later came to be known as phase 1 of many more blessings to come. Since then, phase 2 through 7 have been completed, thus giving the facility approximately 600 rentable units.

Unknowing back in 1997, the city of Abilene's growth southward, both commercially and residentially, has greatly contributed to the success of our business. We are pleased to provide future, former, and present citizens of Abilene and surrounding areas with a storage facility which can be utilized now and in the years to come. We value all of our customers, both past and present, and appreciate your business.
